Here are some usual doubts, and answers that you can recive from the Support team.


- the game uses all my internet data is that normal ?
the game doesn't use internet for gameplay, it only uses internet for login, so it shouldn't be happening. Make sure that it its the game itself and not other aplications.


- lost my game Data when I changed my phone, what should I do?
Your game data has been saved in your Google drive or in your google play account, if you login in those accounts, everything should work fine since you did not deleted your data in the process.


- My game doens't load or stop ?
Make sure that you have enough space for tha game it self, it may be a problem related to the space in your phone. If you have enough space and there still a problem, try to compare if there is any chance to your phone is too old to the game, some old devices may have problem with new apps.

 -We do not provide refunds for any in-app purchase.


• The game data is saved into your Google Play account. If you don't sign in, you won't be able to retrieve it in case you lose your local data.


• If you've played the game before, your data will be retrieved automatically once you sign into your Google Play account. If you don't see any changes, load any level and go back to the main menu.
